Into the Fading Twilight (Starlight Grove, #2) (113)
He bent, dropping a kiss to that most intricate knot on my chest. And then he was back behind me, weaving the rope around my arms and pulling everything even more snug. With the rope rounding my shoulders and my arms behind me, I could not move the upper half of my body at all. The binds tightened, and I braced for panic to come. Only, it didn’t.
Everything felt too damn good. I pushed against the ropes, feeling the way they held me in place. The bite of the fibers had more wetness gathering between my thighs.
Kol’s fingers moved one more time, and then they were gone. He stepped back, circling me before stopping behind me. “Fuck. You, like this? It’s everything. Burning it into my memory.”
I pressed my thighs together as my arms strained against the ropes.
Kol moved again, coming in front of me. “Aching?”
“Yes,” I admitted.
“Need to come?” he growled.
“Please.” The word was a pant.
His lips parted on a silent inhale. “Love being able to give you what you need.”
Kol knelt in front of me, still so much taller, bigger. His finger circled my nipple, teasing, toying. My muscles quivered as I arched into his touch.
In answer, Kol pinched the bud between his fingers, making me cry out. “Still,” he ordered. “Let me take care of my girl. Give me that control.”
I battled against my body and mind, coming to rest on my heels again.
“Spread your knees wide,” Kol rasped. “Show me my heaven.”
I swallowed, my mouth going dry as I moved my knees apart.
He sucked in a sharp breath. “Fucking glistening.”
My lips parted, the need to beg for more hovering right there. But still I waited.
Kol’s thumb circled my nipple. “How do you feel, Phoenix? Knowing you’ve given me everything?”
“Like I’m going to fly,” I whispered. It didn’t make sense that these bindings would set me free. That letting Kol choose my pleasure would let me truly reach release. But both were true.
One hand lifted to my chin so that our gazes locked. “Nothing more beautiful than my girl wild and free.”
Then that hand dropped between my legs. Kol’s knuckles skimmed across my already sensitive flesh. It was the barest of touches, but I couldn’t help crying out.
“You need me?” he coaxed.
“Yes. Please. More.”
They were our words, the ones that said I was ready—that I needed all he had to give.
Kol’s gaze heated as he slid two fingers inside me. My jaw went slack as I fought the urge to move. The pressure of his fingers against my walls was so different like this, my body bent and bearing down.
He swirled those two fingers inside me, and I let out a soft mewling sound—almost animalistic need.
“Stay with me,” Kol commanded. “Don’t let go yet. Gonna fly so much higher if you hold on.”
My breaths came in quick pants, and I somehow managed to beat the orgasm back. But as Kol circled my clit with his thumb, edging toward that tiny bead, I wasn’t sure I could take much more.
“That’s my girl. Fight it,” he praised. “You’re doing so good. A little more.”
Kol slid a third finger inside me, stretching me, circling.
I cried out, almost losing it but barely holding on.
“Eyes on me, Phoenix,” he growled. “I need that silver.”
I forced my eyes open, ordering them to lock on Kol. It all happened at once. Kol pressing down on that spot inside me, his thumb ghosting over that tiny bundle of nerves, his other fingers twisting my nipple.
There was no slow tipping over the edge; there was only a collision at full speed. My body bowed as my arms strained against the ropes, tipping just into flickers of pain, but it only drove the pleasure higher because I couldn’t escape it—I had to take all Kol had to give.
Tears spilled down my cheeks, my body looking for every release it could find. Tears of relief, of finally letting go, of knowing that I trusted someone this much, enough to give them everything.
I arched, fighting against the urge to buck, but I never lost Kol’s gaze. Those beautiful, dark-hazel irises held on to me as he wrung every last wave of sensation out of me.
Just when I thought it was over, Kol would build me up again. Until finally, my body began to tremble. With one last crash, Kol pulled his fingers from me.
I collapsed against him, everything in me still humming as I was faintly aware of Kol releasing my binds. A second later, he scooped me into his arms.
I looked up at him, that beautiful face coming into focus.
“Thank you,” he croaked.
My brows pulled together. “For what?”
“For giving me what I need.”
I lifted a hand, ghosting my fingers over his jaw. “You gave it right back to me.”
I tucked my legs under me as I hugged the bowl of ice cream to my chest. I felt like a limp noodle. But the best kind, if that was possible. I tried to load the streaming service but kept getting an error message. The Wi-Fi must’ve been out again.
“Yeah, that sounds good,” Kol said, the phone pressed to his ear. “We’ll be over in the morning.”
We might’ve lost track of time after our evening escapades, which ended with a nice, long shower and made us almost miss calling Sky before lights-out at Owen’s. Thankfully, we’d made it just in time.
