“I want my son to carry your name. Our name. My real name. Of course I’m sure.”
“And Leo was okay with this?”
I shake my head. “He knew it was important to me. If there’s anyone who knows the value of honoring where you came from, it’s him.”
Mom smiles. “He’s a good man.”
I nod and smile. “He’s a complicated, but very good man.”
I lie back again and think about my husband. The last year has been… different for us.
We’ve worked together to combine the Mikhailovs with the Solovevs. I expected nonstop bickering and squabbles for the right to decide things. But strangely, we were on the same page more often than not. It was exciting to be able to build something together.
Lately, I’ve been considering something else we could do together.
“Would you mind staying with Pasha?” I ask them, rising to my feet. “I need to talk with Leo.”
They both look at Leo fondly. They love alone time with him.
“Of course,” Mom says. “Go right ahead.”
I give her a kiss and head back into the house.
The door is shut, but I don’t bother knocking. I push the door open and march inside. Leo is sitting with all his closest Vors. Gaiman and Jax, of course. But there are a few new faces, too, thanks to the Mikhailov alliance.
The men all stand as one the moment they see me.
At first, their respect made me uncomfortable. But now, I’m accustomed to it.
I’ve learned what it means to be a Bratva wife.
“Sorry to interrupt, boys,” I say, moving towards Leo. “But I need a moment with my husband.”
Immediately, they start filing out. Jax and Gaiman are the last two out of the room. Jax makes a subtle, but crude gesture suggesting that my husband and I are charting a collision course with some adult activities. I ignore it for his sake. Leo wouldn’t be pleased if he saw.
The moment the door clicks shut, Leo stands up. “Is there a reason you interrupted my meeting?”
“I have something important I want to discuss with you.”
“Tell me.”
I move forward and place my hands against his chest. “You look really sexy right now.”
He’s still in business mode, but his eyebrow arches. Desire darkens his eyes. “Willow…”
I tug on the collar of his shirt, popping a button off. “I want another baby, Leo.”
Both eyebrows jerk upward now. “You want another baby?”
“Pasha’s almost a year and a half,” I say. “And we weren’t together during my pregnancy or his birth. You missed so much. We both did. And I want to do it all again… with you by my side this time.”
He puts his hand over mine. “I like the sound of that.”
“You do?”
He nods. “When do we start?”
I drag a hand down his chest and palm the crotch of his pants. “Now.”
Leo stands up, taking me with him, and walks me back to his desk. He sits me on the cool wood and pushes my legs apart with his knee.
I undo his pants and pull his cock out while he yanks down the zipper of my dress. Every movement is faster than the one that came before it. Heat builds, spreads.
“I need you. Now,” I breathe. There’s no time to disrobe completely. I wrap my legs around his waist and pull him close.
He lifts my hips with one arm and thrusts into me. I arch into the delicious pressure, tipping my head back and moaning at the ceiling.
Leo bends and presses kisses to my collarbone as his hips crash into mine relentlessly. He nips at the slope of my neck, the spot that always turns me liquid in his arms.
“Fuck me, Leo,” I moan. “Please… don’t stop…”
He angles my hips higher, and every thrust sends a new sensation through me. I lean back and grip the desk, writhing in pleasure. He increases his speed and pushes me to the brink.
“Right there,” I cry. “Keep going. Don’t—”
But just before I come, Leo pulls back.
I sit bolt upright, ready to scream in frustration. “What are you doing?” I shriek, eyes wild, totally undone with lust.
“Just having a little fun,” he smirks.
I wrap a hand around his neck and bring his face close to mine. I narrow my eyes. “Make. Me. Come.”
Edging makes me… edgy. I need Leo. Now.
His smirk irons out into that lusty, way-too-serious look that always makes my toes curl. “Your wish is my command.”
With that, he slams back into me, rendering me immediately mute. He amps up the speed until I can no longer form coherent sentences. Hell, I can’t even get out a proper word. All I can do is cling to him and try not to scream loud enough for my parents to hear.
